Today, Berkeley’s Shotgun Players become the first legitimate stage company to go completely off the grid and pull its power from the sun. The $120,000 investment will not only save the group about $10,000 a year, but also show that solar is a practical way for a smaller operation to erase its carbon footprint.
Hmm. I gave $20 to the campaign. Wonder if that was the $20 that pushed them over the top.
